Spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in an elevator building, conveniently located in downtown Manhattan.
The apartment is minimal and quiet, featuring a large living room, dining area, and an open plan kitchen. Both bedrooms are large and get plenty of natural light. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
We are traveling and looking to rent one or both rooms to a respectful, clean individual/couple who will take care of our space and water our plants while we are away.
