Our bright airy spacious apartment is a unique find in Brooklyn. A live-work home that we have spent the past years lovingly shaping up and furnishing. Our unit is on the fifth floor of a large building with elevators and high ceilings. Floors are hardwood, WiFi is high-speed, and plants are green, lively, and plentiful. The apartment offers a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout filled with natural light. One bedroom serves as a home office, equipped with two desks, while the other holds a queen-sized bed with TV screen and Apple TV. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with A.C.
Nestled in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood, the location is surrounded by a great selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants. Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Public Library are a short walk away.
Transportation: The apartment is only 35 minutes by train from Downtown Manhattan and Union Square, offering easy access to the heart of the city:

Grocery: A large supermarket is right on the ground floor. There are plenty of delis and minimarkets in the neighborhood.
Additionally, all utilities EXCEPT electricity will be included.
We are an artist and designer couple who have lived in this lovely apartment and neighborhood for years. We are traveling to the West Coast for work.
Tenant
To rent the space, we'll need to schedule a chat to get to know each other. We'll set up a time to meet via video call. The next step will be signing a short-term sublease agreement and making a deposit fee ($3,400) to secure the space upon signing the contract. The remaining payment will be due on the first day of each month. What you should provide:
-Government-issued photo ID of all subtenants
-Security Deposit: $3,400. Will be returned after the apartment is returned in the same condition.

Gas, heat, hot water & internet are included. Electricity will be billed monthly to the subtenant.
* PLANTS: They will need to be watered once a week.
* PETS: Sadly no pets are allowed :(
* No smoking and No vaping
* No loud parties
* Maximum number of subtenants: 2
*Please only reach out for long-term inquiries. There's a possibility to extend the sublease after 6 months, as long as both sides agree.
* Flexible early move-in, up to 1 week in advance, is possible with a sublease agreement starting on the move-in date.
