Overview:
Beautiful, spacious, and fairly affordable space off Myrtle Ave / Classon Ave (closest to Classon Ave G, blocks from Pratt). Landlord is great and building isn't so huge that you don't recognize people. Only giving this up because my partner and I have separated.

The space:
North facing floor to ceiling windows with a balcony spanning the living room and first bedroom. 2 bedrooms - main bedroom has a king + dresser with plenty of space. Second bedroom we have a huge shared desk, dresser, and large sofa (but it also fits a queen and dresser comfortably). The two bedrooms are currently limewashed in really nice finishes from Bauwerk paint company. The main bedroom is a moody, dark teal color. The office is a subtle light greige. Extra paint for spot touch ups will be left if requested, or can be painted back to white if requested. There's one shower bathroom and one bathtub bathroom. Both have medicine cabinets and additional under-sink storage. Each room has a full size closet, plus 2 closets in the kitchen/living. Living room is a long rectangle and fits sofa, ottoman, tv, dining table, and a massive wall-shelving unit I have. The kitchen is fully updated/renovated and has a built in eating counter where we have 3 stools currently. Enough space in the kitchen to add a large island for seating/eating/prep space.

Overall, if we weren't breaking up this was a space we were going to live in for a long time. It's perfect for roommates or for a couple looking to have a spacious office/extra room.

We signed a 2 year lease. Our unit is $4250 per month until 6/30/25, which will then increase to $4377. So there are 7 months remaining at the year one current price, then in July for year two, it increases 3%. No surprise increase, which is nice.

Pets Policy

Pets allowed, no fee or monthly charge. We have 2 cats and a dog and it's been completely fine. Most people in the building have pets.
