A thoughtfully furnished large apartment with a separate kitchen, 2 walk in closets, newly remodeling bathroom, elevator in building, abundant sunlight, nice hardwood floors, and 3 minute walk from the Q train at Cortelyou Rd.

The neighborhood is a good mix of quiet and lively. There are many bars, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores (including the Flatbush Food Co-Op right across the street) in the neighborhood. I love taking peaceful walks through the historic Prospect Park South with the beautiful historic homes and canopy trees. Lots of Citi Bikes around that make it easy to get to Prospect Park in minutes.

I really love my apartment/neighborhood and I think you will too. I am going out of state to make a movie for a few months so I would love for someone to enjoy the space and also water my plants if possible.

My name is Stephen, I am a filmmaker and have been renting this space for almost 4 years now. I truly love it so much. I'm looking to sublease because I will be making my first feature film out of state for a few months. I'm very laid back and chill when it comes to all of this stuff, just want to find someone who is equally chill and respectful of the space.
