About Me:
I’m an Argentinian artist and creator, and I love my apartment. It’s a quiet, older space. I’m looking for someone who will treat it with the same care and respect as I do.

The Building:
The complex is fairly quiet. One of the units next to mine is currently unoccupied, and the other has a single father who is there off and on. We all value peace and privacy, so we keep noise to a minimum—especially after 10 p.m.

Expectations:
I expect you to take care of my place as if it were your own.

Everyone in the complex respects each other’s space, so I ask that you do the same and be discreet.

Access & Contact:
The key will be in a lockbox by the apartment door. If you arrive before 9 p.m., you’ll have access to the building from both sides. If you arrive later, preferably not after hours, I’ll arrange for someone to open the gate for you. This person will also be your contact if you have any emergencies.
