Located on the 3rd floor of a building where other amazing artists are working from, this spacious studio has high ceiling, a table, chairs, an easel, a small fridge and several lights already set. We have internet in the space, as well as a sink, ladders, cleaning materials, a microwave, tea and coffee maker. There is central heat, access 24/7 and a large freight elevator and loading dock.

There's an amazing view of the city from the building deck.

Visual arts. The space is not suitable for heavy woodworking/metal work, or fabrication. Minimum time one month.
