Located on the 3rd floor of a building dedicated to the arts, this private open top studio has a table, chairs, an easel, a small fridge, and extra lights already set. We also have internet, as well as a sink, ladders, cleaning materials, a microwave, tea and coffee makers. There is central heat, a fan, and a portable AC, access 24/7, a large freight elevator and loading dock. Even though there are no windows in the space, there's natural light coming in from the top. There's also an amazing view of the city from the building deck, and a strong community of like-minded people around.
