I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a Bushwick 2BR while I stay with my family for the winter. I'm a 2-minute walk from the Knickerbocker M and an 8-minute walk from the Dekalb L. My room will come cleared of my belongings but furnished with a full-size bed, a floor desk and floor chair (think Japanese), a shelf, a nightstand, and a large closet with drawers.

The kitchen will be fully equipped. I have a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and projector set up in the living room. Utilities are split evenly with my roommate, about $150-$200/each/month depending on usage. I'm looking for someone in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties, any gender, clean and respectful, and must be ok with cats. No couples and no other pets please!
