I live with in a beautiful brownstone with 4 housemates (3 musicians, one painter/hairdresser) and a mini Australian shepherd named Blue!

We're lucky to have the entire brownstone, so everyone has a ton of private space in addition to a huge communal area. People travel a lot for work, so the house is very quiet most days.

We have the best bodega in the world right on the corner, and a grocery store one short block away.

My housemates are all really lovely - they're two men and two women. We keep a very clean common space, so the ideal subletter will be tidy as well. Everyone is very easy going!
