Fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment including a rooftop terrace. This apartment is across the street from Maria Hernandez park as well as two large grocery stores and many popular restaurants and bars, thought the unit itself is quiet and well insulated.

We are a 7 minute walk from the Jefferson L station and 9 minutes from the Central Ave M J train stop. From here you have easy access into Manhattan and throughout Brooklyn.

$850 / week or $140 / day. We have a strong preference for longer term guests.
