We are subletting our beautiful urban oasis for a month in December. The apartment is a very large 1 bedroom / 2 bath with an additional office space that can sleep 2 (so max total occupation: 4 people).

It has a large open kitchen (a rarity for Spain), living area, and workspace on one side. On the other side is the primary bedroom and huge bathroom, a small office area or sleep space, and another bathroom. Both areas receive nice natural light with lots of privacy and no street noise as the windows all open to a large open interior patio.

We've furnished the apartment slowly with designer and secondhand pieces and really hope someone will care for and enjoy the space the way we do.

The neighborhood is also amazing. Our street is quiet and residential, but we're right next to the eclectic lavapies neighborhood and walking distance from almost all areas of Madrid Centro. Right outside the apartment you have access to 2 metro stops (Embajadores and Acacias), plus tons of bus lines and public bikes.

The building has a doorman (easier for package delivery). To get to the apartment you just need to walk up about 8 steps (it's an entreplanta, like a first floor).
