Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Ridgewood, approximately a 5-minute walk to the M train or a 12-minute walk to the L train. Close to a full-service laundromat, grocery stores, and popular restaurants such as Rolo’s, Hellbender, and Decades, etc.

The primary bedroom is large and bright, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a dresser. The smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed and a desk. The apartment includes three large closets in the hallways, a charming original bathroom with a shower and tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a TV/Apple TV. Towels and sheets are provided.

Minimum stay: 1–3 months, with the possibility of a longer sublet.

Ideal for a couple or two friends.

We live on the second floor and share the entrance and hallway. We respect our neighbors and do not allow parties or pets.

About This Lister

Our family lives in the upstairs apartment. We share entrance and hallway, and we have our home office downstairs. Both me and my husband are both from Sweden and we both work as artists. My husband usually works out of our home office, while I freelance. Our kids are now aged 18 and 9, the older one is currently at Columbia Collage. We’ve rented since 2009 and have a very good relationship with our landlord. We respect our neighbors and like our environment to be clean and taken cared of. We are usually always around if you have questions or concerns about anything.
