With high ceilings, hardwood floors, and two spaces separated by an arch--plus updated appliances and a pretty panel of exposed brick--it feels like a fashionable luxury for one. The large windows at the front get lots of light, but the interior is not visible from the street. The neighbors and neighborhood are absolutely lovely, with lots of families, young and old, and cute cafes nearby. A perfect walk (about 15 minutes) from the Brooklyn Museum, the Central Library, and Prospect Park.

I'm Kai (she/her), a new-ish New Yorker working remotely in tech. This is the first and only apartment I've lived in since moving to Brooklyn--and the first and only place I've lived in alone--and I cannot be more grateful for the peace I found in it. I'm moving to a larger space, mainly because I work from home and am worried about my cat wanting more room (lol), but I am devastated to be leaving! I'm planning to show the space myself and am happy to discuss selling some things, including my sofa (which I used as a guest bed), and my dresser.
