Looking for responsible, clean person to sublet my apartment from Feb 24th- april 26th .

My apartment is exceptionally located as it has a garden on the side and another in the back, so there are no close neighbors and lots of light comes in.
It has hardwood floors, renovated, well maintained and eclectically furnished. It is just one flight up, with wide stairs, and a communal laundry machine and dryer in the hall.

The bedroom has two windows facing a public garden to the back. The kitchen/living room area has two windows facing another garden with flowers on the side.

Near Tompkins Square Park, lots of cafe's restaurants, (I LOVE "Post" restaurant on 3rd street between B and C) bars, shopping. Great neighborhood. Usually quiet as the apartment is in the back, and no noisy bars close by.

Rent is $3100/month including electric and wifi

My apartment is my home. I’m looking for responsible person to stay here with enjoyment and respect while I am away. I expect that you will be mindful of my things and maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.

I have lived in the building for over 25 years. Some of the other tenants in the buildings are very good friends.
