I'm a painter in Brooklyn looking to split my 400 square foot studio with another visual artist! The studio is located on the ground floor, with a skylight, HVAC system with full heating and cooling, 16' high ceiling, minifridge, microwave and nespresso machine. Wi-Fi is also available and reliable. A bathroom and slop sink are located down the hall.

A potential studio mate would split the space evenly down the middle-- I built a storage rack on my side and you are welcome to use half of that, as well.

I'm located in the East Williamsburg industrial zone, about a ten minute walk from the Morgan and Grand L stations. The Montrose L station is only slightly further.
