We use the second bedroom as a living room. The living room has double doors so you could use it as a private room (it has a futon but no bed). There is also a locked space where we’ll store our stuff during your stay.

This is the landlord’s only building. He’s responsive, friendly, and approves this sublet. All the neighbors are great.
