The apartment is very clean and well-organized with great view from the city. As this is my home, I’ll be traveling during your stay, so my belongings will remain in the space. I kindly ask for someone respectful of the space. I’ll make sure there’s room for your belongings, though since this is a short-term sublet, no additional furniture is allowed—clothing and personal items only.

I do have a cat who will be traveling with me, so no other pets will be allowed in the apartment. Also, I ask that no shoes be worn inside. I will arrange for a cleaning service before you move in and when you leave.

You’ll have access to the building’s gym, rooftop, and workspace.
