Hi-- I'm subletting my apartment in Crown Heights (right off of Franklin Av) while I travel to Central America during February.

Apartment will come pre-furnished with bed, couch, kitchen supplies, closet space, TV, desk, plants, and a dishwasher. Basically everything seen in the photos will be left!

Covered amenities included: Wifi, electricity, heat, gas, hot water (subletter will not need to pay for these). Apartment is on a 3rd floor walk up. Plenty of sunlight in all rooms.

1min walk to Franklin Ave full of restaurants, bars, laundry, cafes, bodegas, gym, yoga, etc.

2min walk to Franklin Av 2/3/4/5 subway stop.

10min walk to Prospect Park north entrance next to Grand Army Plaza.

5min walk to Brooklyn Museum.

About This Lister

I've been living in this apartment for a little 2 years and love it + my neighborhood. I work in Lower East Side and the commute via subway is super quick. I typically ride my bike in Prospect Park most mornings and workout at a cross-training gym just a few minutes away on Dean st.

I have a data analytics company in the tech space and enjoy a digital nomad lifestyle a few times per year.

I'll be the primary contact for the subletter and be liaison for the landlord/management company should any apartment issues arise.
