I’m subletting my artsy and well-appointed apartment in Yorkville for two weeks while I'm in Los Angeles for work. This is a great space in a peaceful neighborhood. Five minute walk to the Q, 4, 5, & 6 subways. It's also an easy walk to Central Park, Carl Schulz Park/East River, great dining, and museums.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
The apartment is a fully-furnished ground-floor studio with separate kitchen and large south-facing windows, which let in a lot of natural light. It's perfect for one or two people. You'll have high speed internet, a smart TV, an office/desk area for work, and a huge luxurious bathtub, (I highly recommend a soak!)

OTHER FEATURES:
- two closets (closet and dresser space available to you)
- tons of hooks for hanging coats, etc
- full size bed
- sheer curtains + blackout curtains
- smart LED bulbs for mood lighting
- clothing iron
- vacuum cleaner
- blender
- coffee grinder
- electric kettle
- gas cooktop/oven
- yoga mat + props
- inflatable twin mattress (in case you have a guest)
- space heater (the building's heat works well, but just in case)

Let me know a little bit about yourself, and any questions you have for me.

About This Lister

I am a theatre producer and administrator originally from the Pacific Northwest. As an adult, I lived in Boston, Los Angeles, and now New York for the past 4 years. I'm a big fan of podcasts, yoga, film, and yes - theater.

I've lived in this apartment for two years and I love it. The 86th St. Q train is a easy five minute walk, and I often go for an evening stroll along the East River at Carl Shurz Park. I also love walking to Tal Bagels in the morning, or Roma Pizza for a slice.

I'm close with the neighbor across the hall, and on good terms with the super and building management, all of whom can help you in case of an emergency. (It's worth mentioning that I've never had an issue requiring their help in the last two years, but if something comes up, I'm happy to coordinate between you and them).
