The place is located on a quiet, dead-end street on a hill. Very minimal traffic, and plenty of street parking out front. It is also very walkable: Botanica, Lamill, and L&E are just a five-minute walk down the hill, as is the Silver Lake Reservoir. Centrally located yet peaceful and quiet.

Utilities and internet included. Available from mid Feb through mid March. No pets please.
