My spacious, beautiful and kid-friendly 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment is available December 20-January 2 for $140/day with a 5-night minimum.

The light, south-facing apartment with views of Brooklyn, the East River and parts of Manhattan has a large primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjustable desk (sitting/standing); the second bedroom has a twin loft bed and work space. The apartment has fast wifi, Fire TV, ACs in all rooms, video intercom; and building amenities include elevators, gym, laundry room, and shared outdoor space. It's a 5-minute walk to the Greenpoint ferry stop, a 8-minute walk to the G train (Greenpoint Ave) and 17-minute walk to the 7 train stop, which is only one stop (a few minutes!) away from Grand Central/42nd Street.

Just around the corner, you'll have a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. Greenpoint is known for its traditional Polish shops and restaurants as much as its eateries, bars, music venues, galleries and artist studios. There is a riverfront park - Newtown Barge Park - just steps from the apartment.
