Hi there! My partner and I are looking for a sublet due to travels.

Our apartment is located on a charming block, right off of the main street of Tompkins ave with everything you need such as cafes, local shops, a full grocery store, Herbert Von Kin Park etc. Though, it is still a very quiet area and building during all hours of the day with lots of birds chirping :)

About a 6 minute walk to the C train at Kingston-Throop and a 12 min walk to the A express train at Nostrand with many bus route options nearby.
