Hi there! I’ve been in the same apartment for four years but looking to get a roommate due to “back to office” mandates. The place is a beautiful two bed two bath with real wood floors, an elevator, and private balcony. I would be out 3 days a week, and travel a ton on weekends for work as well as fun. I have a small dog (mini bernedoodle) who would be in dog daycare while I’m at work or trips. This apartment overlooks McCarran park and gets the best light. Move in dates are flexible for the right person, also option to resign in June. Can come with some furniture (no bed) or empty, full private bathroom with bathtub/shower and living room/kitchen is fully stocked but happy to accommodate any changes. Reach out for more details!
