Extremely convenient location, especially if you don't have a car - plenty of coffee shops (Obet & Del's, Friends & Family), restaurants (Ruen Pair, Lolo), bars (Tabula Rasa, Harvard & Stone) and grocery stores (Lazy Acres, Ralph's) nearby.
There are plenty of close bus stops, too: the 180, 217, 2, and Dash are all right around the corner. The Metro Red Line is also right there!
