About This Lister

My husband and I are owners of the townhome. We bought it in 2020 with grand plans. We fully gut renovated this unit, and were very intentional with all the decisions we made and have adored living here.

Dina is a creative nerd, and mixes her time in technology / product development, currently focused on social commerce. In her (rare) spare time consults on event and interior design. Brian works in finance by day, music buff by night.

We bought this place as a party of two, and leaving as party of 4 with two little one. This is a warm home where first steps were taken, many summer BBQs with friends in the backyard, and lots of laundry was done. We have wonderful neighbors above in the second unit and kind people on the block.

We are sad to be moving out of the city, and looking for someone who is going to love this place (and Greenpoint!) as much as we do.
