I'm subletting my fully furnished, two floor apt with backyard for the summer while I try living in New York. Looking for a quiet professional, a couple, or young family who can enjoy the beautiful home full of art and design objects that I've put together over the past five years. The apartment is will be left FULLY furnished so ideally looking for a tenant that just has suitcases and needs furniture and supplies.

My home has all these amazing features:

- Hilltop perched, light-filled space with views of DTLA and Century City
- FULLY stocked kitchen with hardwood floors, dishwasher, all the kitchen wares any chef would want
- Dedicated home office with Apple monitor and printer
- King size bed in primary bedroom
- 55" LED TV with all the streaming platforms
- Convertable day bed in second bedroom/office. Also with a keyboard for any piano players!
- Ample daily / nightly street parking, no permit needed, and one car driveway to use every other week
- In unit laundry, dishwasher, central air and heat!
- Front patio and big backyard shared with neighbors (super chill young family). Great for dog (one only please) ๐Ÿถ and friends with nice dining table, couch area and fire pit.
- Walking distance to amazing coffee shop, dry cleaner and a few great restaurants. 7 min drive to Whole Foods and Sprouts, 10 to TJs, and 10 to Pan Pacific Park.
- Home filled with loads of plants ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒต๐ŸŒฟplus a collection of art and books from around the world!

I call it an โ€œall cityโ€ home because of its proximity to the 10 Freeway. Its also super easy access to almost all of LA via surface streets. Can easily access the Grove, West Adams, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Silverlake, DTLA, Venice Beach, Culver City and LAX all in 20-25 min without getting on the freeway. Walking distance from a few great neighborhood cafe, a diner and the cityโ€™s best gumbo. Its a charming and CLEAN neighborhood, great for dog walking, playing in street with kids.

Price INCLUDES rent AND utilities (wifi, electric, gas, water, trash pick up, Culligan filtered water tap, and streaming services on TV). Required is a $200 deep cleaning fee to be paid upon move in and again on move out. Additional cleaning fee $175 each time, per tenant needs.

NOTE: The price includes $500 off market rate (which is $5k) for anyone affected by LA's fires. If you havent been affected by the fires, price would be $5k unless expressing another need based issue.

DATES: Can be flexible to move in / move out date, but would like to discuss this over the phone.

About This Lister

Born and raised in LA, I'm a curator and founder of an experiential agency whose worked in the arts for 15+ years. I'm a Virgo who loves a well organized space and has a knack for design. I'll be moving to NYC for 4 - 5 months this late spring into summer to see if I want to make it more permanent.

The building is a side by side duplex (two floors each side), and we both split the backyard. My neighbors are a super cool family with two young kids. We get along great and they are helpful in case of emergency. We split duties like taking the trash in / out to the street on trash days. Also split using the driveway (one week on, one week off).

I'll be main contact when it comes to any maintenance issues, but my housekeeper is super helpful and knows my home well.

Once this is accepted, would love to have a 30 minute zoom call with you to get to know you. If the call goes well, please send a copy of your credit score (within past 30 days) and provide two previous landlord / roommate references. One month deposit paid up front before moving in.

Pets Policy

Small dog under 40 lbs with pet rent + deposit. No cats. No puppies.
