Large and newly renovated one bedroom apt available for sublet April - mid July in such a lovely and walkable neighborhood in Silver Lake. The apt has expansive views of the reservoir and greenery, high ceilings, and is located right on the walking path that always has joggers, folks strolling and dogs on their outings. The park meadow (with picnickers and such), bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 10 minute walk. Whole Foods is a short 3 minute drive away. Elevator building and gated covered parking available. It’s a wonderful neighborhood with energy but the apt still feels calm, serene and quiet. Only looking for folks interested in longer stays during this window. I’m also open to a NYC apt swap during this time.

I’ve been in my apt in Silver Lake for 6 years now and am so happy there! It’s in the most ideal location in LA in my opinion - it feels like a neighborhood, you have all of Silver Lake at your fingertips (even walking distance) but have the serenity and nature that the reservoir brings.
