Close to shops, and a 20-minute walk takes you to a park by the bay. One can bike or run along the shore.
I love living here. The neighborhood has small shops and great restaurants, the Brooklyn public library is close by, and I love the access to the water, too.
I'm looking for someone quiet and responsible. Prefer no pets. You'd need to water the plants, that's all.

I would like one month's rent upfront, plus a deposit of $2600, to be returned when you move out. The rent includes internet and utilities. I would prefer to meet you in person, but an online interview would also be okay. End date somewhat flexible.
