Hello! This listing is for a bedroom in a 2BD 1 bathroom shared apartment with 1 other roommate for the dates listed. I have the price listed for 1 month, but we are looking to fill the room for all of January and February of 2025, so 2 months, with an option to possibly move in earlier in December (pro-rated). If the roommate fit is really good there is possibility of joining the lease for the following year.

The apartment is shared with 1 mid 30’s gay male roommate who works outside of the apartment M-F and 1 super cute incredibly affectionate pet cat (if you have an allergy I don't recommend my place, the cat is long-haired). Roommate is very chill and friendly, works weekdays. We have a very peaceful, tidy vibe together, and both take turns emptying the dishwasher etc.

I will be moving out and the room will be cleared fully before the sublet period begins (even though the photos are of a furnished room(.

- the bedroom is quite large for brooklyn, 12.5'x12.5', has great sound privacy between the other bedroom and common space.

- Neighborhood is very relaxed and residential, lots of families and primary schools
- Great fully stocked grocery store two blocks away
- G/F train literally two blocks from the apartment
- Park Slope is a few stops away with decent gyms and stores and restaurants
- Super peaceful quiet building and neighborhood
- 20 minutes walk or 8 min citibike ride to South corner of prospect park

I am Ben (he/him) a 30's queer guy who primarily works from home and will be traveling during the sublet period. I have lived in the apartment for the past 2 years. I really like living here! The bedroom gets a fantastic sunrise view from the bedroom windows facing south east, with an unobstructed vista of the south brooklyn skyline and bright sunlight all day.
