Thinking about spending the summer in NYC? This spacious 1BR corner unit (700 SF) in an amenities-rich, luxury elevator building could be the perfect spot. I own the unit, and am looking to rent out to a trustworthy, respectful tenant to for two months, with the option to renew.
The Apartment:
With floor-to-ceiling windows and an open layout, this unit is the largest apartment I've ever lived in. It’s semi-furnished with a CB2 dining table, couch, Casper queen size mattress, and California closets.
In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, heated bathroom floors add to the convenience. And thanks to its unique location in the building, you won’t hear any street or neighbor noise.
ALL utilities included:
✔️ Heat & hot water
✔️ Electricity
✔️ Fios 1G high-speed internet
The Building:
Full-service building features a 24-hour doorman and incredible amenities, including:
✔️ Gym with Peloton bikes
✔️ Rooftop terrace with city views
✔️ Common lounge & two outdoor lounges
🌳 The Neighborhood:
This is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Walk down tree-lined streets to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden (across the street from the building), Prospect Park, and Brooklyn Museum. You’ll find award-winning restaurants (Cafe Mado, Agi's Counter, Ras Plant Based), charming cafés, and diverse, vibrant communities all around.
Personally, I love Crown Heights for maintaining its neighborhood identity, and there exists a harmony between residents old and new. (I can't say the the same for Manhattan, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, or Bed Stuy.)
With the 2/3/4/5/B/Q train lines just a few blocks away, getting around the city is a breeze—even when the MTA throws its usual curveballs.
If you're looking for a quiet, private, and designer-furnished space to experience NYC this summer, let’s connect!
Hi! I'm Julia, and I'm a native Brooklynite. I fell in love with Crown Heights when I rented my first ever apartment in 2010, and was immediately enamored by the green streets, vibrant sense of community, arts and culture, excellent dining scene, and wealth of transport options. I take a lot of pride in the cleanliness, design, and thoughtfulness of my home.
I'm a member of my building's social events committee, manage and perform with 2 improv teams, and enjoy community building of all kinds. I'll be visiting family over the summer and would like to leave my home in good hands, for someone kind and responsible to enjoy.
I'm the owner of this 1BR condo unit, so you'll be renting and communicating directly with me, not a management co.
This is my full time home, so I'd like to meet over a FaceTime to meet, and I can provide a video tour of the space. I'll then send over a basic contract agreement and request the first month's rent + security deposit upfront.
The start and end dates are slightly flexible, but I am only open to renters interested in renting for the FULL 2 month duration.
