Ground-level with privacy from the street; private patio, parking and laundry in unit. Dishwasher, 2 showers, AC units and heating.

There is a dedicated work space, with a standing desk. (The photos and layout are outdated; it’s even nicer now!)

A very walkable and central neighborhood — you are a 15-minute walk from the heart of Beverly Hills, a 12-minute drive to the heart of Culver City, 30-minutes to Silverlake and 20-minutes to the beach.

A full chef’s kitchen + all the cookbooks you can read to pull inspiration from!
