About This Lister

We are the owners (architect and builder) with two children. We finished renovating the building in 2020 but moved out of state for family reasons. Currently, our live-in property manager can show you the apartment. We have to arrange a date and time with enough advance notice.

Rental requirements

We require standard credit check and rental history. 1 month rent $2,800 and the equivalent of 1 month rent $2,800 for security deposit upfront. An additional application fee of $20 will be charged for anyone who wishes to be considered.
