Looking for a flatmate to share my huge, loft-style apartment in Ridgewood! This is my home, so I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who wants a comfortable and well-kept place to live.

-- Giant, south facing lightly furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed (open to adding more furniture if needed)
-- Shared office space (perfect for wfh or creative projects)
-- One shared bathroom
-- Huge kitchen with plenty of counter space & storage
-- In-unit washer & dryer
-- Dishwasher being installed soon
-- Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for privacy

The Vibe:
-- This is a spacious, peaceful, and well-designed home with high ceilings and lots of old-school charm.
-- Me: I work in performing arts and event planning and love having a clean, comfortable, and low-key home. I enjoy cooking, sharing wine, and watching movies, but also totally respect privacy and doing our own thing.
-- One very friendly dog and cat in the home
-- Ideally looking for a kind, responsible, and drama-free flatmate who values a relaxed, comfortable, and friendly living situation. Must be CLEAN please - familiar with apartment living and shared spaces.

Accessibility & Building Info:
There are steps leading up to the building entrance, and one flight of stairs inside the unit
Hardwood floors throughout the apartment, with tile in the bathroom.
