This apartment is outside of the main hustle and bustle of the Mission, but within walking distance access to the best food scene in SF. It's close to neighborhood hot spots and plenty of local shops, but far enough away that you can choose when to be tempted. (My favorite wine bar is an easy 8 minute walk, for example.) The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and in great condition - it was renovated by our one of our neighbors a few years back. The kitchen is a dream - I own most kitchen supplies, and there's still tons and tons of room leftover for more. This is the kind of place where you can truly feel at home - whether you're soaking in the city buzz or retreating to a quieter corner of SF.

-The living room / dining room and kitchen are furnished, but bring your own desk!
-Shared backyard equipped with a grill
-The super lives upstairs, and the landlords are a local couple who are very responsive.
-2.5 blocks from Bart, 15 minutes to downtown, and 30 minutes to the airport
-15 minute bike ride from Caltrain
-7 minute walk to tech shuttles

The room:
-11.5' by 13.5'
-2 east facing windows and 2 closets

You:
-Respectful, transparent, and proactively communicative
-Tidy and clean. Understands the importance of actively contributing to keeping a home tidy beyond doing basic chores
-Busy with your own life and interests, but looking for a relationship that's friendly and collaborative. I'm open to anything from the occasional movie night to throwing a dinner party together - let's start with seeing how we vibe.
-Preferably mid 20s to late 30s.

Note: the electronics, the unshelved books, the mess in the office, and the cat are all moving out with my former housemate. The room will be deep cleaned between occupants.
