The apartment is spacious with a kitchen, dining area, living room and multiple closets while being on the 2nd floor of a townhouse style building!
The open bedroom is large with a closet and plenty of natural light from 2 windows. The apartment will be partially furnished. The furnishings in the common areas will remain while the open bedroom is TBD.
The apartment is a 7-minute walk to the R/M train at 46th Street, so a short commute to Manhattan. It's near lots of great restaurants, bars and the Museum of the Moving Image.
I work from home 3 days/week and appreciate a clean, relaxed living space.
