I'm looking for someone to takeover the lease (ends September) for a well-lit room and lots of closet space. Rent is $1370, and you’ll share the apartment with two friendly women in their mid twenties and early thirties who spend most of their time at school (graduate students in NYU).

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/ dryer in the apartment. It is on the second and third floor of a building near (but not on) Pulaski St and Broadway, so you'll be a 5-minute walk from the J, M, & Z trains.

I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP, priority will be given to people who are willing to buy the furniture in the picture.
