Very spacious room with adjoined office/studio on the second floor of a two story house. Room is unfurnished, and fits queen size bed, dresser, desk, and more comfortably. There is a built in closet right outside the room. The studio is also unfurnished.
The only bedroom on the floor, the bathroom with clawfoot tub down the hall would be yours as well.
Rent is $1684+ utils that include wifi and renter’s insurance. We also split the cost of some shared household items.

About the home:

This is a very beautiful well maintained prewar house with old detailing, hardwood floors, sliding doors, stained glass windows, shutters, and decorative mouldings. Plants and light fill the common area. There is an outdoor patio with table and garden overlooking the block’s backyards. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and W/D + extra storage in basement.

Located on a quiet block just south of Broadway in Ocean Hil/ East of Bed-Stuy, the closest trains are Chauncey J, Bushwick Aberdeen L, and Rockaway C train all within 5-10 min walking distance for ease of commute.

We are looking for someone:

- who can commit 6+ month min
- clean, considerate, communicative, who takes initiative caring for the space.

- who does not work from home full time
