Hello! I am subletting my large, upper level apartment in a historic duplex, located between La Brea & Larchmont Blvds. Two bedrooms with en suite baths; a third I've been using as a den/TV room, but can be converted, if needed.

I entertain quite a bit; there is a super equipped kitchen and breakfast nook, as well as a full dining room. A dedicated office and laundry room. Things for littles: pack and play, high chair, play kitchen, if that's helpful!

Out back, we share a pool with our lovely (and quiet!) downstairs neighbors. It's a bright, happy home in a quiet, convenient neighborhood.
