I am the owner and recently bought the place, but I need to spend time in SF now. This is a fairly special home with the type of quality you generally won't see on the rental market.

- Only a few avenues over from the East River Park running track, close to all the action
- Can choose 12,13 or 14 month lease

Some important potential gotchas:
- You'll need to interview with the board and make 40x the rent. Since this is kinda hard to do short term, we may want to shoot for May 1st starting date, but I am flexible anywhere between April 15-May 15.
- Fourth floor walkup
- Kitchen has a microwave but no dishwasher
- Toilet and shower are separate
- I am arriving back to NYC on April 1, so I cannot show it until then
