I’m subletting my furnished room over the holidays. It’s 120sqft, comes with a queen bed, desk, dresser and closet. Gets lots of light which is essential in the winter. Hardwood floors and a few plants which will be easy to care for.

The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath, my roommate is a 26yo female who works in publishing by day but is an aspiring singer songwriter! I own a couple guitars as well, so the apartment is full of music (at appropriate times).

We have a living/music room with a little home theatre setup, fully setup kitchen as we both cook quite a bit, and a little dining room. We like to keep the space clean.

We’re on the second floor of a walk up in a nice little building on a quiet street off the Manhattan bridge. There is laundry in the basement. It’s a short walk to the ACF lines and a bit longer walk to the 2345QR lines.

My roommate (she/her) works in publishing, but is a singer songwriter (a fantastic one at that). She is very clean, and quiet except when shes singing haha. Music talent not required but she will love it if you join her and bonus points if you can accompany. She’s vegetarian but I cook all kinds of meat and she is comfortable with it. Her boyfriend will be staying over for like a week while visiting, he lives in california. Super chill and quiet guy.
