We are subletting our two-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg for the month of February. It's a spacious loft style apartment, with 12 ft ceilings. Large open living room - kitchen - dining area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The smaller bedroom is set up for a child, currently with a toddler-crib but we can convert it back to a regular crib. It could also be removed and the room can be used as an office if renter does not have a child.

The apartment is on the top floor of an elevator building, with great natural light. Roof top has a view of Manhattan. Gym and laundry in the building.

Apartment is perfect for a family with one child, we have a high chair, tons of toys, etc.

The apartment is available starting on Jan 31st. Rent includes all utilities.

We are also open to shorter stays during this period.

We have been living in this apartment for 4 years and love it. We are a couple with a young child. Great building, great neighbors, great neighborhood. Apartment is on a quiet street but close to subway and lots of restaurants, bars, etc.
