We are subletting our two-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg for the month of February. It's a spacious loft style apartment, with 12 ft ceilings. Large open living room - kitchen - dining area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The smaller bedroom is set up for a child, currently with a toddler-crib but we can convert it back to a regular crib. It could also be removed and the room can be used as an office if renter does not have a child.

The apartment is on the top floor of an elevator building, with great natural light. Roof top has a view of Manhattan. Gym in the building.

Apartment is perfect for a family with one child, we have a high chair, tons of toys, etc.

We will be leaving on 1/30 so the apartment is available starting on the 31st. Rent includes all utilities.

We are also open to shorter stays during this period.

We have been living in this apartment for 4 years and love it. We are a couple with a young child. Great building, great neighbors, great neighborhood. Apartment is on a quiet street but close to subway and lots of restaurants, bars, etc.
