While I'm traveling for the holidays, I'm looking to find someone to sublet my very magical studio apartment in Clinton Hill from December 14th through January 14th.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful historic building in Clinton Hill, right on the Fort Greene border. It is fully furnished and has a separate kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, air fryer, blender, butcher block that converts into a dining table, living space with couch, coffee table, desk, TV with all major streaming services, wifi, bathroom with a bathtub, and sleeping loft with a full-size bed. Quarter-operated laundry is in the building, just downstairs. There is also a walk-in closet.

The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings and gets beautiful natural light. In my ten years of independent-living in NYC, I have never lived in an apartment as special as this one! I would love to find the right person to live here for the month!

About the neighborhood: Clinton Hill is an adorable neighborhood with many families and young professionals. Lots of tree-lined streets with beautiful historic brownstones and great shops, bars, and restaurants. Within a one to two-block radius, there are a handful of restaurants, cafes, bars, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and two dry cleaners. Within another 7-10 minute walk, you get to the countless great dining options, shops, and bars of Fort Greene and beautiful Fort Greene Park. The building is extremely quiet with a community of friendly neighbors who love living here and care deeply about the building.

Transportation: The G train is less than a 5-minute walk. The C is about a 7 minute walk. Within about `15 minutes, you reach the Barclays Center/Atlantic Avenue, where you can access the 4/5, N/Q/R, 2/3, B/D, and the LIRR.

About You: This apartment could be a great fit for someone who lives alone (I am open to couples, but it may be a bit of a tight squeeze), keeps their social life primarily outside of the house (great apartment for hosting 1-3 friends for dinner, but not appropriate for parties or any loud social functions), is quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful.
