I’m looking for a considerate, thoughtful subletter for the winter months, from November 20 - end of February (flexible on start and end dates, reach out with your specifics) who can also look after a small, sweet siamese ragdoll cat (7 y/o).

- Well-stocked kitchen for an aspiring cook

- A cuddly, affectionate roommate - I’m looking for someone to feed my cat Bambi while I’m gone and have listed the apartment at a discounted rate to find the right person.

On Prospect Place, between Underhill and Vanderbilt Avenue, with tons of bars and restaurants a block away. A ten minute walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Grand Army Plaza, Underhill Playground and 3 blocks to the B/Q train, 4 blocks from the 2/3 train and a 12-min walk to the C train.

About This Lister

I’m a Creative Director who has lived here in New York for 15 years, and this Prospect Heights place is the most beautiful apartment I’ve been in so far. I’m traveling during the winter months and want to find someone (or a couple) to enjoy this special space and look after my cat while I’m away. The only other building tenants are the landlords, who live upstairs.
