Welcome to my thoughtfully designed two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bedstuy, Brooklyn, perfect for a shorter getaway or longer sublet. I’ve curated the space with care, blending boho chic, mid-century modern, and vintage aesthetics to create a cozy, warm environment featuring artwork and decor inspired by my travels.

THE SPACE
This brand-new, light-filled, two-story apartment offers 1,200 sq. ft. of modern comfort, including:

First Floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen, dining area (with space for work), and living room.
- A serene bedroom with a queen bed and spa-like bathroom.
- Laundry room for convenience.

Lower Level:
- A lounge with a sectional couch (new queen pull-out bed) and TV.
- Half-bathroom and separate entrance/exit—ideal for guests with varying schedules.
- Private Outdoor Patio: Enjoy a grill and seating for relaxing evenings.

Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably accommodates 5-6 people with the queen bed upstairs, pull-out bed downstairs, sectional space, and a couch on the first floor.

LOCATION
Nestled in Stuyvesant Heights, a picturesque side street lined with brownstones and trees, the neighborhood is home to:

- Brooklyn’s best coffee shops, restaurants, and bars just half a block away.
- Vintage shops and parks within walking distance.
- A 7-minute walk to the A express train and 10 minutes to the J line, getting you to Manhattan in 20 minutes.

RATES & AVAILABILITY
Rates start at $200 per night with discounts for longer stays. My goal is to create a welcoming experience, and I’m happy to discuss options to suit your plans. Cleaning fees and platform charges will be applied.
