Location: Located on a tiny dirt road with stunning views and quiet spaciousness, we are within 30 minutes of Manchester, VT, Williamstown, MA, Troy NY, and Bennington, VT. Albany International airport along with the Amtrak station and Saratoga Springs are all within a 40 min trip, as well as many cultural attractions such as MassMoca, EMPAC, and Yaddo. NYC, Montreal and Boston are all around 3hrs away. Our small town of Hoosick Falls is a quick bike ride away with a beautiful coffee shop, classy general store with gourmet sandwiches, as well as a variety of restaurants, breweries, etc.

About Us: I am an artist, Alexander Technique teacher, and horse trainer. My partner, Sam, is a sailor who connects communities with the Hudson River and moves freight between NYC and Hudson via wind. We’re in our late 30’s and early 40’s (respectively), and jointly interested in regenerative farming and creating sustainable spaces that feed our community (both literally and figuratively).
