My lease for this lovely studio is ending January 31st and I am looking for someone interested in using it awhile I am in transition to moving in with my boyfriend. The dates are flexible by a day or so so message with requests.

The kitchen does not have a dishwasher and is small but there is a toaster oven/smoothie/coffee maker and is easy to cook for one. Laundry is a 5 minute walk 1 block away.
