This ground floor, sun drenched artist space is located at 1040 Metropolitan Avenue in the ISCP building in East Williamsburg. It is a great community of freindly, respectful artists. Utilities and wifi are included in the rent and there is a shared slop sink down the hall. To respectful tenants currently occupy the space (one only uses it for storage) and you could be the third! The available space is about ten by six feet with additional storage space in the overhead loft available. Tenants may keep or discard the large desk and couch. There is also an option of taking over half the studio for $700 a month if you would like more studio space.

My name is Sally Jerome. I'm an oil painter. I've been painting in this building for about 10 years. I have good relationships with the landlord and other artists in the studios on the floor. I am at the studio Mondays- Wednesdays from about 9:00am-4:30pm.
