The 400-square foot stand-alone unit over a three-car garage (2 used for storage, 1 used by owner) has hardwood floors, large arched windows and other original architectural details.

The main room is furnished with a queen bed, love seat, dining/work table, a wall-mounted smart 4K TV and a large closet with a chest of drawers. A mini-split AC/Heater will keep you comfortable in any season. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower, laundry room and separate vintage kitchen. Linens and kitchen basics are all provided.

Kitchen appliances include: Microwave, large toaster oven, convection cooktop, pots and pans, refrigerator, electric kettle and a Keurig Coffee maker. There is access to a shared gas BBQ for outdoor grilling. You have your own terrace out front with Elysian Park as your back yard. There is a designated parking spot in the driveway

The studio is located on a quiet dead-end street, two blocks north of Sunset Blvd. Steps take you directly into Elysian Park with miles of trails to enjoy. Echo Park Lake, award winning Quarter Sheets Pizza, Tsubaki and OTOTO, Wood Cat Coffee, Stereoscope Coffee, Eight Fold Coffee, Canyon Coffee, Cookbook Market and Lassen's Natural Foods are within walking distance. Sunset Blvd. has LADOT bus routes and designated bike lanes.

My husband and I are SoCal natives, our roots are deeply set in the region. He is an architect and I am a landscape painter. Both of us are avid hikers and cyclists. We love international travel, camping adventures and local excursions.

We own the property and live in the home next door to the studio. We are always available if you need anything. We are quiet neighbors and respectful of the privacy of guests.
