Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over the lease of my lovely studio apartment at 358 Wythe Ave. that sits right ontop of a popular brunch spot in the neighborhood, and the local Rivian showroom. Our personal circumstances have changed, and we're looking for someone to love her as much as we do. This studio apartment is beautiful, and we're admittedly sad to let it go.

The studio is in a loft building, right at Wythe & South 2nd. It has two huge windows, a sectioned off space for the bedroom, concrete floors and a sizeable bathroom. There are two full closets, and a third closet with a washer & dryer (yup—a new york gem). The kitchen is equipped with a SMEG fridge, a new gas stove and dishwasher. The has concrete floors, and beautiful wood ceilings.

The building itself has a community rooftop, a community center (desks & a tv) and a small fitness room with weights, and a Peloton Tread & Bike. There is also a package room, and a bike storage room for a small monthly cost.

Ideally I would like to find someone for May 1st, but I'm willing to wiggle for the right tenant. I can offer a portion of the security deposit (which is $4,200) depending on move-in date. I'm also open to either unfurnished or partially furnished depending on your situation and what you might want.

The rent itself is $4,200 and utilities net to about $80-100 a month. The lease will go until June 3, 2026.
